Back to back to back calls that cost us points, bs offensive foul on Wiggins led to a 3 pt play on the other end, defensive 3 seconds led to a free throw and 2 points, and then the T led to a free throw, there's 8 pts on bs calls.

Cut Poole! Kidding but ugh!

Just not enough fire power against arguably the top defense in the NBA.

Man, Ben Simmons is such a beast. To be able to make such a huge impact on the floor without an actual jumpshot lol.

He didnt have a great shooting night but loved his aggressiveness and his ability to get to the rim. He played a lot better than Wiggins and Draymond anyway.

The only moves I want to see are with next year and beyond in mind. We all knew a championship run probably would not be in the cards this year anyways so let's not do something stupid for a short term improvement.

i didnt catch the game but was Wiseman in when the team rallied in the 3rd-4th qtr against the Sixers?

Or did they rally with him on the bench?

Yes he was in for the rally. However, he was also in when the team got smoked in the 1st quarter. He ended up with a -7 for the game. I thought he was terrible early on (along with the rest of the starters other than Oubre) but played much better in the 2nd half.

I really want to see Wiseman in the paint and to stop shooting 3's. He was pretty good early on shooting from distance but he has been bad lately. I want my 7 footer with length getting dunks and scoring from 15 feet and in.

I totally disagree with this. I think Wiseman's strengths are not back to the basket, 90s and before style play. His strengths are clearly facing up and attacking the basket. When we feed him down low, the offense stops. Our offense becomes incredibly inefficient. Wiseman is also not a very good passer out of the post.

I suppose the argument is that we want to develop his post game that he clearly is poor at right now. But then again, why would we try to develop a style of play that a) is borderline extinct in the modern NBA and b) totally against our own brand of baskerball?

I didnt say back to the basket. Perhaps you can read more carefully before responding Steve. I said I didnt want him shooting so much from 3 point land. I DO want him attacking the basket and scoring, as I said, within 15 feet of the basket. Lets face it, Wiseman has been most effective when he is getting dunks from great passes from Draymond and when he attacks the hoop.

Sorry. Most of the time when I see "in the paint" I see that as a back to the basket post up game.
