Everytime I saw one of their games over the past 2 years one of them was always on the bench in street clothes. AD has to be an all time leader in collecting checks for not playing. The only way I would sign these guys is more games or minutes played.

Does it? They can offer him 6M but let's be real. Lebron James is filthy rich and doesn't need the extra 9m. It might just be he wants to have a blast playing with Steph, Draymond, and eventually Jimmy Butler.

I am not a Lebron fan but at least it would make next year interesting and not boring as f**k like the Giants are.

I think Mark's is correct that the Dubs will be unable to use the mid-level exemption of 15m. If Lebron wants the most money he wont be a Warrior. It just comes down to what's most important to him. If its about enjoying his last season and playing with his buddies he may come.

My guess is that he goes back to Cleveland to end where he began.

I would rather see either of them on the bench than Porzingas. Both will play more minutes than he will this year.

I wish we could make a trade for Jalen Brown, he's exactly the player needed, basically in his prime, great scorer, good defender, takes the keys from Steph in 2 yrs, then we build around him.

Boston didn't get much in return, we should have been all in on getting Brown. I don't know if it wouldn't work because of his salary but as you said we would have been better off now and in the future.

LeBron likely isn't coming here and I wouldn't be surprised if dray follows him wherever he goes

It seems like every player that becomes available in football, basketball or baseball gets rumored to possibly be coming to a Bay Area team. I think it all starts with wishful thinking from fans and Bay Area media. Then it gets picked up by some national outlets and we get the "hot" rumors. Most never pan out. Some of the biggest acquisitions by Bay Area teams have been done with little or no fanfare. They happen quietly behind the scenes.
