It makes it harder to watch because they had such a great run. Setting rercords for consecutive wins to start a season. All time season win totals. Winning 4 NBA titles. Five straight finals appearances. Going 16-1 in the 2016 playoffs with the only loss coming aganst the Cavs in the finals.

We've been blessed with watching some really amazing basketball lead by a truely amazing player. Curry is one of those generational guys that just doesn't come along often. Unfortunately all the guys that provided those thrills are gone or in the twilight of their career.

It is strange. This particular one may have to do with the added element of the In-Season tourney.

I agree. It's all been said about him so many times but it never gets old. 95 points in 2 road games against a good team that has a 7' 4" future face of the league. Steph was unguardable in those 2 games. They showed shots of Spurs players just shaking their heads when he would score. He even scored inside when Wemby was there. Truly an amazing player and a really good person off the court as well. He could retire and I wouldn't be surprised to see him playing golf on ther Senior tour some day.
