Maybe, but if anything this playoffs showed that there is always a chance

way to many freak injuries and illnesses
Too old, too small, weak bench.. Will be tough

Steph just being on the court drawing defensive attention makes everybody else so much better.

simply can't run it back as is

You build around Steph/Butler, with dray maybe transitioning to the bench

FO is going to have to get pieces. Melton would have been good had he stayed healthy. Could find pieces Looney/GP2 gone unless they come back on vet minimum

Chip window is open as long as curry is around, though closing

Jimmy needs to attack the rim, he gets to the line anytime he wants. He just doesn't seem to want to…

He doesn't appear to be 100%

unless we catch fire from three, this season is over

wolves caught fire and our star player is injured, that's all it was to this series

Not just the season. This may be the end of the Curry/Green playoff era.

I don't think we move off dray unless Curry ok's it. I don't see that happening. Curry even would have kept klay had klay said no.

I may have read too much into it but Green hugs to Kerr and Steph with 20 seconds or so to go looked different. It looked final. I think it's over for him here or retirement.

Maybe? A lot of money to walk away from

he's prolly gonna be named 1st team all defense, prolly some gas left in the tank. But can't play much center minutes anymore

These guys got too comfortable with wide open space. When they faced guys straight up they would dribble dribble pass until shot clock was at 5 then take a poor shot.

that's the system tho lol. Pass Pass and cuts. Just doesn't work the same without decent consistent shooters.

Gotta invest more in wings this offseason, been guard heavy since the finals in 22.
What Randle did to Draymond in this series was eye opening. I haven't seen Draymond get eviscerated on defense like that in a long time.
This loss exposed our roster. With Steph we're a playoff team, without him we're a lottery team. He have zero consistent shooting outside of Steph. Jimmy was most likely still hurt but very passive rather than attacking the rim. Honestly the best players in the series were the bench guys. I wanna see more of Gui, Pat and Post next year. Time to sign and trade Kuminga for a shooter or decent center. Maybe pick up Steven Adams if we are gonna let looney go and play tradition ball so we have an actual inside game. This is not working and we are not fast enough or good enough at shooting to play like the 2014-2022 warriors.

Kuminga was the only bright spot in this series.

Randle won't ever play this good again, bro is on a heater and might propel the wolves to a title

Kuminga didn't fit in when Curry was there. He has a lot of athletic skill but his basketball knowledge is lacking. He doesn't know where and when to pass the ball. He's effective when he drives to the basket but he can't be the center of the team. He might get traded but I don't know what they'll get back.

The best thing about the Warriors losing is I don't need to flip back and forth between the Giants and Dubs anymore.
I really do think Kerr is an okay but overrated coach. You're telling me you can't win a single game without Steph?

Boston did it.

He's completely fumbled Kuminga and if I am him, there is zero chance I will re-sign here. Not like they really have a choice, they are paying 3 35+ players $150m in 25-26.

Im not sure what the path forward is. If they had the guts, you trade dumbass draymond green who still hasn't figured out how to consistently be in control of his reactions. Draymond had a good season but he got owned this series. Jimmy is not really a #2 guy, I think that's also pretty clear. He can be an elite #3 option.

Sign and trades don't typically get you much back besides a draftpick. We also can't force him to go to any team. It's his call.
