Who would have ever thought that the Dubs would win while getting only 3 points from the bench. Crazy

Such a cascade effect from buddy hitting shots and Podz playing well, couldn't play the double bigs with Adams. Draymond looked a bit fresher down the stretch not having to deal with that on either end for extended period

After the game 6 letdown I fully expected the Rockets to roll last night. I thought it might be close for a half then the Rockets would wear them down and win by 15. I was checking the TV listings to see what I could switch over to when the game got out of reach. It never did so I kept watching.
Well I had the margin about right. Just had it reversed. Kerr did a good job keeping Curry fresh for the 4th quarter. Starting Buddy was a shocker but it paid off big time. The Rockets weren't ready for that. At the same time the Rockets came back to Earth and quit hitting every 3 pointer they put up. Then Kerr put Looney in down the stretch to help on the boards. Seemed like every move worked.
Now it's on to Minnesota. Another really tough matchup for the Warriors.

Facing a team with less defense but more offense than the Rockets
I think the matchup is favorable but I am worried if the warriors will get enough rest to keep competitive if the series goes long

Yeah it's a pretty tall task. They needed to close the Rockets series two games ago to have a shot.

Not much time off between games in this series. Draymond needs to control himself since he's their best chance of controlling Goebert.

Ninewr fans are tired of losing to the Chiefs. Same as we were in the 90s when the Cowboys kept knocking us out of the playoffs. Imagine how Rockets fans feel about the Warriors. Eliminated 5 times in the playoffs by the Warriors.

He has four technicals already and is in danger of hitting the suspension penalty on his 8th technical.

If Draymond had pushed a player the way Vanvleet pushed Butler he would have been called for a technical. Double standard because of his reputation.
This is going to be a tough matchup again for the Dubs. One thing that could help themis the trend we've seen so far. All the teams that wewre favored had a long rerst and they all lost the first game. Celtics blew a 20 point lead at home. The Thunder blew a late lead against the Nuggets at home. Pacers had a comeback win over the Cavs.
