Golden State Warriors Talk

Good s**t on, Get up, this morning. Everyone, thinks the Warriors win game 5. Then, it's winning in LA and taking it back to Golden State, for game 7.

Not an impossible task; we showed we can at least hang in LA and it took a Lonnie Walker of all people becoming a flame thrower to lose last night. If we assume game 1 was an aberration and a waste of a game to "feel things out", then winning 2 at home and 1 away shouldn't be out of the question, especially if we believe the counter to Steph PnR simply doesn't exist. But 3 consecutive wins in 6 days vs a big, tough, scrappy team is a talllll ask, and not something I'd bet on.

They just got to get whatever they got in their heads, out. I think it goes to a game 7 in Oracle and I like our chances then.

Klay Thompson and Poole giving you nothing in LA has been the story. Wiseman, if given minutes, would have made things worse.

Poole has turned into Ben Simmons.

Can't help but think he did something really unforgivable like he got drunk and started aggressively flirting with other players' wives or something. Because the cool kids clearly don't like him and aren't putting that aside to help him feel like one of the gang. He's gone.
Imo, Klay is a bigger issue than Poole rn. Poole hasn't had a good playoffs, and all year just has been up and down.

Klay these past two games in LA has stunk it up. A lot of hero ball when not needed.

we'd kill Poole for the same decisions Klay made the past two games

trade them all for Giannis, keep Steph obviously lol
Game 7 would be Sunday, Mother's Day.

great ratings and story for the league

The lakers playing good, but essentially daring the others to beat us, and we just missing wide open shots. Poor roster construction and young guys not progressing rearing it's ugly head again

Wiseman couldn't even catch a pass cleanly. I can't see any scenario where his presence would have helped in this series.
Seeing a ton of people on twitter, callers on 957 and what not talk about how Draymond should have gone up over Schroeder instead of kicking it out to Steph.

I couldnt disagree more. Lebron was right there. Plus, we have all seen Draymond smoke layup after layup....especially contested ones. I am living and dying with Steph Curry.
My biggest complaint about last night was that GP2 was on the bench down the stretch. For the life of me I cant understand why the Warriors best perimeter defender wasnt in the game when they needed stops in the worst way. He was a huge spark when he started the game in my opinion.

Moving forward, I would play Poole about 5 minutes in the first half. If he hits his first couple of shots play him more but if not just sit him the rest of the game and give Moody and Kuminga his minutes. I am surprised that Kerr isnt giving JK any chance at all. Just like Poole, play him early and see if he gives the team a spark. If not, then sit him in the 2nd half. Both Poole and Kuminga are the type of players that can bring a lot of energy when they are playing well.

This is obviously not verified, but I believe he was sick. He literally threw up on the court in the beginning of the game, which is why he ran off the court right before Draymond passed the ball to the Lakers bench. My assumption is he wasnt feeling good.

Maybe the lakers catch whatever is going around the dubs' locker room lol that'd be a good adjustment.

This crybaby is dragging the whole team down with him. Besides Curry of course.
