Refs clearly intimidated by crowd. Don't want to put one of Warriors stars in foul trouble. They've called it tight all game because it is a testy matchup but then won't call obvious fouls like that.
They've also hedged on foul calls a bunch. They've waited to see if the basket is made on an obvious hack and only call it after it is clearly missed. They don't want to make the game about foul trouble.
