Perhaps so. That could be possible. Just a weird situation. IDK? Is he married? Just seems so weird in every way. A sexual harassment expert. Just seems like that person also could really have that perspective. Because they do that for a living. They may see anything and everything that way. So perhaps it's risky to behave in such ways with that person. Just a very weird and bizarre situation IMO.

I read Tuckers statement. He may be a villain that did something awful.

but I m 100% on his side on the conduct of how this will be handled. An administrative hearing to determine basically his life, future, $80M where he has no ability to raise a competent legal defense under a real court of law is insanely dumb.

whether it's arbitration or administrative hearing, these are easily hijacked to carry out huge injustice by depriving accused or victims of rights they'd have in court. Usually to the benefit of the deepest pockets (if he loses hearing, MSU can void his contract and pay zero dollars after giving him a monster deal that he then stunk at winning football games)

edit: for example why isn't the victim bringing a civil suit?
