Who said that? We are talking about a suspension. Stepping over someone won't get you suspended nor will get you a flagrant. Had Draymond not been such an idiot in the previous series, that flagrant wouldn't have got him suspended. But he piles up the flagrants prior to that incident and it cost him a game. Not sure what is so hard to understand about that
