SHOCKER IN CLEVELAND

I am not sure I have been as shocked by any outcome this year. Cleveland losing at home to the Kings? WOW

Eh...it's January. Had worse loses last season.

I dont care what month it is. Losing to the Kings at home is still shocking and a bad loss

Yea but don't really care about regular season.
Cavs gonna fire Lue? Last week the cavs had the same exact record as they did last year when they fired their coach and brought lue on. They're currently have lost 6 of 8.

Just looked it up online - lost like 6 straight in Jan last season...which included loss at 76ers and 20pt loss at Sacramento.

Lol who cares? Who remembers losing or winning meaningless games in Jan? Not trying to win regular season.

Cavs GM David Griffin Called LeBron James' Recent Tirade Inappropriate--

LeBron James set off a media firestorm earlier this week following a loss to the undermanned Pelicans, reiterating in no uncertain terms his belief that the Cavs need another play-maker if they plan on defending their title this spring. LeBron's expletive-laced tirade directed at the organization's front office has dominated the news cycle in recent days and spurred all sorts of speculation about who Cleveland might targeting in a potential trade deadline acquisition."

Not surprisingly, it also ruffled a lot of feathers around the organization. The four-time MVP tried to walk back that criticism on Twitter the next day (not without a touch of his trademark passive-aggressiveness), but that didn't stop Cavs' GM David Griffin from calling out his franchise star's questionable antics. Via Joe Vardon of Cleveland.com:

"Griffin said he hadn't spoken to majority owner Dan Gilbert about James' comments, but the team's executives were clearly irked. "It certainly wasn't appropriate from a teammate perspective," Griffin said.

Griffin said he doesn't think James said outright that the organization was not committed to winning a title, but: "Anyone insinuating that this organization is about anything other than that would deeply upset me because ownership has invested in this at an absolutely historic level."

It doesn't appear that the Cavs will fine or suspend James for his comments, as head coach Tyronn Lue told reporters that the matter would instead be handled internally. Still, it was indication that LeBron apparently does not have carte blanche to do or say whatever he wants with complete impunity.

I think a super stacked Warriors team losing to a 14-30 Heat squad who's best player is Dion Waiters is a more shocking loss but that's just me.

not as shocking as having the best NBA record ever and blowing a 3-1 lead in the finals

SEGABABA on the road. And backed it up with a win. Got a career game from a scrub on his home turf. Even the worst teams in the league have some of the best players in the world, and they are trying to win too. The petty Warrior hate is weak.

s**t like that is why i have a hard time respecting Lebron. He's adding drama to a season that doesn't need it. Yeah the team is going through a rough patch but keep it in house instead of calling everyone out through the media. It's so immature.

A lot of Superstars/alpha males have called out their teammates...it goes with the territory. Jordan and Kobe did it publicly...just yesterday Wade and Butler did it. CP3 has done it...Larry Bird called his teammates sissies to the reporters and he was playing with HOFers lol

I know but I'm like you said it's January. People are worn out cause it's the mid point of the season. Every team goes through these patches but to do this in January and call out his owner and GM is ridiculous. Gilbert has totally done everything he can to make Lebron happy and Lebron keeps pushing it. I know he's still sore about how things happened during his last run in Cleveland but Gilbert has spent so much to make that team great around Lebron and he doesn't seem to appreciate it at all.
