Yeah, I think it was... The Brazilian weather / track seems to have made it hard to smash records this Olympics.
All though that London 4x100 team had Carmelita Jeter in it.

Brazil has done a fine job...considering all the criticism but imho London Olympics were an amazing visual treat.
