Early game at 6 tonight in Phoenix. No Kobe. I'd like to see D-Lo step up. Randle too.

D-Lo played like s**t. Randle didn't do s**t. The team hung in there for 3 quarters and just fell apart. Very predictable. lol

well...at least Artest and Lou showed up. hopefully they can continue to play well, especially Lou.

Lakers starters played 14 minutes together vs. the Suns, had an OEff of 123.9 & a DEff of 95.7. Played zero 4th quarter minutes together.

Ok. I promised myself I wouldn't post in this thread until Byron gets fired, cuz its a waste of time. But I just can't take it anymore. This is getting completely out of hand. What exactly can you point to that he does correctly as a head coach? He couldn't have been this bad in New Orleans, no way.

First and foremost - We haven't run an offensive play all season. Its literally a guy with the basketball, and if he gets lucky, there's an on ball screen. That's legit it. And then he blames DAngelo!!!! The only PG that could flourish in this system is Russel...cuz he is a 1on1 machine, and steph, cuz he isn't human.
Secondly - his rotations. Bass is a CAREER 4. HE IS A BACKUP 5 ON A BYRON TEAM. NOW BYRON IS GOING TO PRACTICE OLD SCHOOL BOX OUT DRILLS AT PRACTICE??!!!!??? MAYBE WE CANT REBOUND BECAUSE YOU'RE PLAYING A FORWARD AS A CENTER!!
I loveeeee it when he takes the starters out for the first 6 minutes of every fourth quarter. Its genius. They leave down by 5 points, and they come back in when its a 15 point ballgame and we just "need to man up" in King Byron's eyes.
LOU WILLIAMS IS OUR BACKUP POINT GUARD!!!!!! LOLLLLLLLLLLL. The bestttttttt is when he puts Lou Williams, Nick Young, and Kobe on the floor, at the same time. Especially when he puts Ryan Kelly at the 4, and Brandon Bass at the 5. This is by far and away, my favorite moments of the season thus far. This is when Byron is at his best, his most genius. Wow what a common theme, this is actually a basketball genius!
DAngelo doesnt get PT in the 4th when were down by 17, or we are leadng by 1. This, by all accounts, should be making our front office really happy. Why else would they draft DR, then let Byron be a coach?
Seriously, as a diehard Laker fan, I watch every game with the hope that we lose. Not for draft pick, but because with every win in spite of Byron "the Genius" Scott's coaching, we prolong his tenure. I will now refer to him as the Genius henceforth, as I am not worthy.
The parallels that I can draw between The Genius and Mike Singletary....the only difference is Mike never played for the 49ers.

Havent been able to catch a game yet but everythong sounds like its going great.

I bet they go after Luke Walton in the off season. Get a young couch from a winning system to go with the young players and let them grow together.

I don't know how you guys watch this team for me it's difficult to watch terrible basketball. I'll start watching again when they start winning again. Hopefully it's soon
