Game Rating - 7/10

The Hurricanes came into Sydney ready to play & for the majority of the first half dominated. However a shocking lack of discipline five minutes before half time saw them give momentum to the Waratahs heading into the break. The Waratahs would return the favour in the second half with an ill-disciplined period of their own. All the momentum was with the Hurricanes from that point on & they rode it home to victory.

Unbelieveable! Kiwi sides dominant, even the blues show a class above even though they lost.

I got the tips 4x (You are on the verge of a perfect round ... Highlanders with a big lead heading into the final quarter) ... I PM'd back, but perhaps you can't access it yet?

Damn I had the chance to pick 9/9 too... My general rule of thumb is the majority of the NZ sides should win, but one will get beat... I might need to revise that, NZ sweep looking highly likely.

Yeah, I can't believe Samoa missed their opportunity to be in Rio... Like I said it's crazy considering they won the Paris leg of the circuit about a month prior.

Cruden is playing well, but imo Barrett has leapfrogged him & should be the All Blacks starting 10 for the RC.

Julian or Ardie?

If you are talking about Julian, I agree he is still a little off form. He flashes his old brilliance, but makes too many errors.

Big weekend of blowouts, NZ teams kicking ass this round... Crusaders victory was a cakewalk, they replaced a number of stars well before FT. Rebels got absolutely shamed.

Tips R17 - Final Reg Season:

Blues
Reds
Sharks
Crusaders
Chiefs
Brumbies
Stormers
Cheetahs
Jaguares

I think we should split the tipping into two separate comps, 4x4... Reg Season comp (which I'm going to win ) & Playoff comp which starts from zero again... What do you think?

Game Rating - 7/10

Overall a disjointed game, largely due to the wet conditions. However there was still plenty of points & big defence to keep the fans entertained. The match contained an unusually high number of penalty tries, three in total.

The Waratahs secured a solitary bonus point from the game to go one point clear at the top of the Australian conference, but will need a miracle from the Brumbies v Force match to stay there.

The Blues finished their season in style knocking off the two highest ranked Australian teams in consecutive weeks. They have been building a dynamic team that will be capable of contending for the conference next season.
