Nice round for Tiger.. It is just too bad that he has zero confidence with his driver as he is sacrificing way too much yardage to really compete for the lead. Awesome that he made the cut though.

I think he should switch back to the traditional blade putter. That wedge mallet model he's using doesn't seem to be working well for him.

Great start to round three for Tiger. Looks like he busted out the driver and it's going well for him and he sitting at 4 under now.
Spieth had an amazing drive on 1 and drove the green. Then sank a 10 footer for an eagle 2.
The weather is great today and the scores are down. Should be an exciting Saturday at the Open.

Wow, what a great day of golf. Scores were amazing. My boy Spieth with the charge and Tiger hanging in there. Can't wait to see the finish tomorrow.

Can Tiger put 4 consecutive days together? If so he's bound to win again even if it's not this week. It would be a huge boost to golf.

He's slowly making progress but probably won't win this year. Next year should be good, if he can stay healthy.

The winds a blowing today, boys. Tiger just birdied to get to -6. 3 back of Spieth and Xander. Already seen a few guys hit in those treacherous bunkers and fail to hit out. Gonna be a great Sunday!

Turning back the clock a bit here it looks like. That bunker shot he just hit on the 10th was pretty damn incredible
