Yeah, it's not gonna be an easy offseason. I'm sure a good player would be willing to sign on the mid-level just to play with KD and Booker. I haven't looked into the FA market just yet. Paul has proven twice now he's a great guy to have on a young team to guide them into winning basketball. He did that with the Thunder and then with the Suns. Some team looking to make the jump into the playoffs might take that chance. And it's a $30M expiring, so if things don't work out it could be a nice salary dump for any team willing to make that trade. There's always teams looking to trade for a fat expiring to get money off the books. They also have a near $5M exception from the Saric trade that they might be able to take advantage of. I'll say this: I'm glad I'm not in James Jones' shoes right now.
