Booker stepping up big time. 37ppg so far in the playoffs
Team to beat
I remember when there was a debate about who was better, Booker or Donovan Mitchell.

Yeah..I think that is one is settled.

meanwhile it's that cactus in the back that had it right all along
Booker on a historic roll thus far.

Another embarrassing performance in a win-or-go-home game to end the season. I would be very surprised if the Suns didn't look heavily into trading Ayton this offseason. He had a great series two years ago matching up with Jokic - sure, Joker got his, but Ayton made him work for it. This year he got destroyed and looked like he could care less. Too nay times he's just standing and looking instead of reacting to plays. CP3 should probably be moved as well if they can swing a good deal, or at least get a competent backup. Cam Payne showed up tonight, but he's a combo guard at best and not a true Point.

Don't think you can bring back Monty after another poor elimination home game. Suns can't trade any future 1st rd picks this summer and I'm not sure who will want CP3 and his contract. Ayton can probably get something decent in return but even his value has taken a hit. That 100m+ on his contract isn't very appetizing either - but at least he's still young and can average 20 & 10 in regular season. So, still see value in him.

Yeah, it's not gonna be an easy offseason. I'm sure a good player would be willing to sign on the mid-level just to play with KD and Booker. I haven't looked into the FA market just yet. Paul has proven twice now he's a great guy to have on a young team to guide them into winning basketball. He did that with the Thunder and then with the Suns. Some team looking to make the jump into the playoffs might take that chance. And it's a $30M expiring, so if things don't work out it could be a nice salary dump for any team willing to make that trade. There's always teams looking to trade for a fat expiring to get money off the books. They also have a near $5M exception from the Saric trade that they might be able to take advantage of. I'll say this: I'm glad I'm not in James Jones' shoes right now.

I blame sixth for suns flopping. Every team he goes for never wins the chip.
