Wow, flashing some serious offensive skill right there, and all under complete control. He has already made big strides in that department. I could see him averaging 15+ a game if Byron decides to give him PT...Who is the best to pair him up with though?

Have any of the other rookies looked better than Juilius so far this preseason? Looks to be a get for #7.
Exum scored in double digits once!

Haha, yea...Well he is more of a project.

Already put money on lakers ML and +6.5. They are gonna come out way more fired up, just like last year when we snuck 1 out their house then lost the next 3 times we played em by like 20.

The time of Julius has come.

Ed Davis should be starting and playing 35mpg, and I think he'll eventually grow into a larger role. Had a superb preseason, and looks like a guy who just needed an opportunity. He's been behind Randolph & Gasol the last couple of years.

I thought he would be a very good player coming out of UNC. Do you think he is big enough and strong enough to play in the middle and give the Lakers that many minutes?

Whether or not he can do it at that minute load remains to be seen. There's certainly a difference between 20mpg and 35mpg. But I'd like to see him be given a chance, especially considering that the Lakers don't have anyone else that's viable at the C spot, as you pointed out.

Last year he was 9th in the NBA in Points Per Possession off of the pick & roll, and he & Lin (a very good PnR guard) have developed nice chemistry together. They should play together as much as possible. On the defensive end, Davis allowed the opponent to shoot just 42% when defending the rim, which is by far the best mark on the Lakers. I think he should be given a chance, and do think he's big enough to do it. He's bigger than Hill is.
Is the game on time warner or just tnt?
