I'm an Oriole fan and they're out. Back in 1908 Teddy Roosevelt was president, enough is enough this goes beyond any curse let the Cubbies win. Theo Epstein is hands down the smartest man in the USA.

Javier Baez is just playing incredible baseball right now. In these playoffs so far he is the Cubs best player by far.

Which is kind of surprising. He was as automatic of a K as any player in history not long ago. 95 K's in his first 213 AB's.

I had a feeling A Gonzalez was gonna be the hero when they showed him trying to talk to Puig

Not sure why Chapman goes in the 8th up 3-1. Oh did he inherit baserunners? Well that makes sense then.

I had the exact opposite after Chapman got Puig. I thought he would be able to get some weak contact to left vs Gonzo and get out of it

He came in with the bases loaded and 0 outs. Got Seager and Puig on Ks before the 2 out hit by Gonzo

I thought he would blow Gonzalez away and strike out the side. Interesting that he has 2 blown saves now in the last 3 games with both big hits coming from LH Hitters.

Well I don't know about that then. Seems kinda stupid to go for a six-out save when you have a 2-run lead. Why not just have him come in for a regular ninth-inning save?
