S**t man, hope Exum is okay. The non contact ones are scary... And THIS is the exact reason why some NBA owners don't want the guys they pay millions playing overseas.

hope it's not as bad as it sounds.

Thank God you guys have Burke
Burke sucks donkey dick. This pisses me off beyond belief. International play is so pointless just leave it to the college kids or scrubs.

All the other sports ban offseason basketball for this reason. Its incredibly ironic, but NBA teams should limit their players' offseason basketball as well. Too much stop and go cutting. You want to limit that kind of thing when the games dont matter.

If the reports are true that it's a torn ACL, then I'd like to see the Jazz bring in a guy like Ish Smith or Kendall Marshall. Unselfish, pass first PGs who can run the second unit.

I wouldn't mind those guys. Ish is fast as hell with a basketball too. I honestly trust Cotton more than Burke to run the offense though. The lack of movement when Burke is on the floor drives me insane.

f**k...
So frustrating especially since we're a small market franchise. Losing a whole year from a kid with a lot of potential and who probably doesn't want to stick it out in Salt Lake for his whole career if he does become a superstar is just heartbreaking. The clock is ticking

Yup... Just a kick straight to the balls it seems.

But who knows? Maybe a year learning on the bench will be good for him.

Yeah I'm just hoping he won't lose that new found aggressiveness that he showed in that summer league game cause he's scared he'll get hurt again. I doubt it will get to his head that badly but you just never know. Gives him a chance to improve his shot though which is great.

I am gonna be watching Parker and George a lot this year though just to see how they do coming back from similar injuries.

Thats what I was wondering too. I'd much rather have Burke and Cotton get most of the minutes and see what Neto can do than bring some garbage player in from Washington.
Kyle Lowry, Baron Davis, and Jamal Crawford are three PG that Lindsey said had ACL tears very early in their college or NBA careers so seeing how well those three were/are playing in the league is kinda comforting I guess.

Temple is basically a 29 year old version of rookie Exum. 6'6 good defense, and defers(disappears) on offense. Will hit the occasional shot too. He has ties to Snyder which is why I see them being interested.
