Jazz just sign Thabo Sefolosha. 2 year $10.5mm. Not bad at all, even more defense! I expect him to backup SF and even spend some time at PF for us. Now get Bogut to backup Gobert, then sign Eric Griffin (he's been great in summer league). Bolomboy hasn't been that great so maybe they should look at Ilyasova for his scoring and ability to take a charge (1st in the league last year). His defense sucks but we have plenty of guys to cover for him

Defense... Defense... Defense...
Not awe inspiring but it will help in certain areas.
We have to have the most diverse team in the league as far as nationality I would think.

Sounds like maybe Hayward wasn't that well liked by him teammates, and might have had the move to Boston made up in his mind as long as a year ago. Just wasted our time in the free agent process.
Trevor Booker ripped him apart over this whole thing, and Gobert made comments about not being surprised he did this.
Hopefully this opens the door for Hood and Mitchell to get more opportunities to shoot than they would have.

Yeah Hayward was always kind of a loner who didn't want to be "the guy". Boston makes sense because he can defer to IT l, kind of like he deferred to JJ this past year.
And I like how Gobert and Ingles say it's fine he did it, they get it, but they hate how he did it. He gave the FO no chance to make a move early in free agency.
Anyway. Mitchell looks very promising. He seems to have a bit of Lillard and Westbrook to his game. Sometimes he looks just as explosive as Westbrook, it's crazy. I'm just really hoping they land a big that can shoot. Tony Jones mentioned they're looking to trade Diaws contract so they can do just that, so we'll see. They have until Saturday to move him.

According to Tony Jones, the Jazz are looking at Willie Reed, Ersan Ilyasova, and Dante Cunningham.
They're trying to move Diaws contract right now. Anyway, I think Ilyasova and Reed make a ton of sense for them right now. Ilyasova for his spacing, and Reed because he's a solid backup for Gobert.

Heard Markieff Morris would make sense, because Washington needs to get under the cap, and hes on a nice deal the next couple years.

We got Jonas Jerebko. I'll take it. Another cheap 2 year deal. Good backup with range. It will still be interesting to see what they do with Diaw and if they go after Willie Reed

We also signed Ekpe Udoh. Sefolosha, Jerebko, Udoh. Going hard after defense. I can't imagine Lindsey is done though, due to lack of shooting.
Diaw will probably be waived now, or will be included in a trade. It will be interesting to see what moves will be made.

The Toronto Raptors have reached out to the Jazz concerning Boris Diaw, sources tell The Salt Lake Tribune
I think there is still a chance he's moved. The report was they were going to waive him if they couldn't find a deal for him.

I think a big move is incoming. They're making a lot of moves right now, and it feels like they might be moving some pieces to get a guy like Kevin Love.

Man I hope so. I'm still a bit worried about our scoring.
