Well at least the pitching is matching the offense in production this series..........

We have just as as many ABs in this field as the Nats do. We can't compete with them offensively. Not even close.
Hopefully Cain can be the stopper tomorrow...this is pathetic so far.

It isnt the park. Nationals Park is 21st out of 30th in HRs through yesterday. Its some bad pitching and the hot weather which is causing the ball to fly.

Hot weather, jacked-up body clocks, lack-luster play = lost series
Wtf is Burriss in there for?!

The Nationals are probably the most balanced and complete team in the NL. Excellent starting pitching, a very good closer, and a lineup with punch. If Zimmerman comes back to hitting the way he used to ( such as today) look out for this team. I could see them in the WS.

Agreed. If we happened to meet them in the playoffs, should we be fortunate enough to make it, I'd be worried.

meanwhile blanco and sandoval crush the ball for 2 should be outs.

it isn't true but, it is almost like they have industrial fans behind the plate and turn them on when hitting.
