Any way the warriors could swing for a Big Man from Utah? They are too loaded.
Okur, Millsap, Jefferson, Favors there is a logjam.
Not sure who wins this trade. Does Williams make the Nets that much better? Honestly, I'm not so sure the Nets arent just making a trade for the sake of making a trade.
the warriors are the 3rd team in the trade
Trade recap: Derrick Favors, Devin Harris & many draft pick to Jazz, Deron Williams & Gadzuric to Nets and Troy Murphy to Golden State
I know, this is why im wondering if we can take Murphy and Perhaps throw in Vlad and get a big man in return.
We sorely need a C and the only reason we are in the trade is for Troy Murphy. This could of been done a couple days ago so I feel we arent really in this trade.

I haven't seen this confirmed anywhere. If true I guess there was a lot more to the Sloan thing, why else would Utah do this? Also pretty big risk by NJ, they don't have much to surround him with and he might get comfy up there and just cross the street to the Knicks in 2 years.

ESPN First Take is reporting that it is in the works, with the Warriors as the 3rd team, but no specifics.

This deal is pointless for the Nets.
Deron will walk away in two summers, and they gave up Favors.

Just read that the Warriors will buy out Murphy and he will then sign with the Magic or Celtics

This trade is a good trade only if the Nets get Deron to stay.'
If Deron walks away to sign with New York, I will laugh.

Exactly.
Over/Under on how many days it takes Deron Williams to miss Jerry Sloan.
