Got dayum, that was a beatdown. If Carter and Lewis' production keep slipping drastically, I'm gonna be very wrong about Orlando beating Miami in a series.

Orlando played solid defense tonight. Both teams did. Orlando just couldn't hit s**t.

Those grandpas play like that vs good talent. Nothing Orlando can do about it.

They have looked pretty good in all the games...but tonight they played their best so far. Offense is going to take some time.

When the Heat when on the run to start the 2nd half, they were taking wide open shots, any way they wanted. There was no defense happening for the Magic.

Agreed. Their rotations were horrible. Miami kept getting open shots. Overall, not HAPPY with the defense..but more so upset w/ the shooting. 30% shooting will not beat any team...let alone the Heat.

I think a lot of credit has to go to the defense. They contested a lot of shots and frustrated the hell out of Howard in the 2nd half. They played tough tonight.

Agreed. You guys played great transition defense and got to our 3pt shooters. Dwight made some shots he usually doesn't, but you gotta live w/ those kinda shots. Also, Orlando's ball movement was AWFUL tonight. A lot of tipped passes and blocked shots. I don't expect this kind of performance again vs. Miami. This 30% shooting was horrible.

Yea, it was obviously combination of both - great D and poor offense. I think it's early in the season, Heat had a day off and Magic played on back to back days. I expect Magic to be better than this next time around.
