There's no point in delaying the inevitable: resistance is futile. Suns: After being beaten and disheartened for years and years by the SA Spurs, the Suns have overcome their childhood nightmare bogeyman in the closet with an emphatic rush that left the Spurs stunned, rocked back, and out for the count without ever getting a punch thrown back. But now, are they ready for the Defending Champions? Has the Suns set with their proud sweep over the Spurs? It's not one 7-footer this time, it's two 7-footers, with a sprinkle of a talented 6'10 mofo...and don't forget that guy, you know, the guy named after a steak. Can the Suns Bench come out to play their own style and their own way or will Dragic whimper at the sight of Jack Nicholson and turn into a little kid desperately wanting an autograph? To win this series, you might as well say Phoenix will need to win 2 games in LA because the Lakers are well known for getting at least 1 game on the road. The teams that even had a chance of beating the Lakers in the west were taken out a long time ago.

No way the Suns can match up with Odom, Bynum and Gasol and plus they have the Pilgrim

Dont get me wrong I hate the Lakers and would love for the Suns to beat them but it jsut aint gonna happen

The one key ingredient is how freaking physical the Lakers play. I still think they are very underrated when it comes to physical play.

Suns are playing great basketball right now. Lakers v Suns is always a really entertaining series, from that b*tch p*ssy chickensh*t clothesline Bell put on Kobe, to Kobe's game winner on the right hand side top of the key.

We always own the Suns unless we have a lineup of Smush, Luke, and Kwame, and chucky atkins...Even then when Kwame punked that sun a couple years back and stood over him (I think it was a sun), we still owned you.

Wow i just remembered how much I hate the Suns, they're Affliction fans and LeAndro Barbosa. Good to have you guys back into contention, let the games begin!
