Actually I'm not sad about losing Hinrich. Don't like his game anymore. Can't score only defend.

Alright I'm guaranteeing victory tonight. I never do this but I, we, are going to guarantee victory tonight.
Great win last night!! Derrick Rose was on fire! He needs to keep playing like that, he's gotta stay agressive if the Bulls are gonna go anywhere. It sure would be nice if we had a dependable shooter in the mold of a Kerr/Paxson/Armstrong...etc. Gordon was great but too many times he tried to run the offense and create his own shots when that's not his game. That's why I wasn't too bummed we let Gordon go. It's frustrating that the Bulls lost to the Warriors and Clippers, and play against the Suns the way they did. I guess the absence of Hinrich against the Warriors and Salmons against the Clippers made that much of a difference..
I can't hate, that dunk was sweet... and vicious
he should of held on to the rim

CP3 vs D Rose tonight, should be a good one. I wouldn't be surprised if Hinrich ends up guarding Paul tonight. The only thing Rose should really work on is his defense, although I really don't doubt he'll do that. I feel like he gets better each game, as long as he stays aggressive. Go Bulls!!

Yea he really has been playing great. That ankle injury really slowed him down at the start of the season. 5 in a row.. LETS GO!!!

Bulls get three days rest, which means we have to wait three more days. Hopefully we can see some DEVIN on tuesday and see how vinny incorporates him into the offense.

What a way to end the road trip. We need to now give ourselves some cushion for some tough games right before the All Star Break.
That starts tomorrow against the Clips. Payback M'Focker. In our house. Then we go back on the road and take care of Philly. They're garbage this year but still very athletic. That would put us 3 games over .500 because after that we have to play ATL on the road and Miami and Orlando at home with Indiana in between.
I say we can win 4 of our last 6 games before the break. Vinny you're still not out of the danger zone. Let's go Bulls

So it's been up and down. I'm back now. I think if we're going to make a run leave the team as it is. No trade talk for the rest of the year. Hope we take the last 2 games before the All Star break.

It's really hard to tell with this team. Sometimes you're like we're good, we don't need to trade anyone, then there are those time where you're begging for a move to be made. I'm really disappointed with Tyrus though. He's my favorite player next to Rose, but he's too inconsistent and makes too many boneheaded decisions. At times he reminded me of Vernon Davis, full of potential but sometimes immature. Lately, Thomas has been pretty immature, thus leading to the 1 game suspension. He definitely coulda made a big difference if he had his head on straight, but whatever. His future as a Bull is not looking too bright.

Yeah Tyrus just made himself trade bait. I would rather not trade him......yet, however if there is a sweet deal then he might have to go.
I think he's really upset about not getting a contract extension. He saw Deng get his money and I think he feels he should have too. But like you said too inconsistent.
Remember we could have kept LaMarcus Aldridge instead.

It's pretty unfortunate with the whole Tyrus thing. I really feel that in the right system, he could really blossom. Kinda like when Chandler was traded to the Hornets. Once he left, all of a sudden he was one of the top PF/Centers in the league.
Keeping Aldridge woulda been pretty sweet, but I guess every organization has it's blunders..

Well at least Derrick is alright. That last game against Orlando seemed like the Bulls packed it in and couldn't wait to get started on their All Star break.
Here is my mid season report player by player.
Rose PG- Man, where would this team be without him. Our first All Star since the Jordan era and the kid is just getting started. Need him healthy the rest of the way.
Hinrich-G-Despite all the trade talk he hears he continues to play fairly well. I think his absence would be felt if he got traded during the season. He should stay on the roster until the offseason.
D.Brown-G-Still not a factor. Doesn't appear he will be til maybe the playoffs. Could be a nice addition if he gets comfortable with this team but he looks out of sync as of now.
Pargo-G-He's been sort of a disappointment. He's a capable of putting up some nice numbers off the bench but still can't find his shot. He can make up for it with good defense.
Hunter-G-Strictly for emergencies at this point in his career.
Salmons-G-He's really the biggest question mark for us. He had to get adjusted to playing the 2 spot from being the 3. When he was playing as a small forward his quickness helped him against bigger forwards or 3's. Now as a 2 his defenders are as fast as him off the dribble. He needs more consistency but seems to be playing much better as of late. Still he could be dealt in a major trade.
Tomorrow I will report on our Frontline. Forwards and Centers.
