Dirk is lucky that he's so tall. His stepback jumper is sooooo slow, but because of his height he can get it off whenever he wants.

But if he were shorter, would he be quicker?

The answer would be yes.

My buddy and I play a lot of 1 on 1. He's 5'10" and i'm 6'4"....Over the years I'd say we've won about the same number of times. His speed makes up for his lack of height and vice versa for me.

you should be undefeated with that height, back is ass down Mark Jackson style every time dont settle for jumpers

I play more of a dirk style of basketball. I have a good outside shot and post up fade away. If i'm desperate then I will back him down, but it wouldn't be fun for either one of us if I did that every time. I still think it'd be close though....dude's a tough guy.

Winning is fun

Dude....I know, but I have to be who I be, no?

im just f**king with you man

I knew I was being f**ked with....who's f**king you?

...on a side note that is what I don't like about forums....words alone don't convey what you're saying.

what the f**k did you jsut call my mom

Did you even hear what she said to me?!?

yes

Some Euroleague fans are arguing that Brandon Jennings immediate success in the NBA, compared to his performance in Europe proves that European competition > NBA

Wow, that thread was painful. Especially the guy talking about how bad the defense is in the NBA. Because, you know about all those lock down Euros that are dominating the NBA.

I've heard of him, but if I've seen him play, I wasn't aware of it.
That JR Smith 360 layup was supernice last night.

Brandon Jennings is easily winning rookie of the year IMO.

He should be an alternative for the All Star game he is playing so well

He'll be in Spain for at least the next 2 years.
