Gotcha. To each their own, but I just don't see Iverson as being overrated. Thats just me though. If he can get passed this Memphis garbage theres not much holding him back from being in the HOF IMO.

He is the NBA version of TO. Talented like a mofo, but just a POS that doesn't get it. He's a one trick pony that has never done anything to put his team over the top. Never once has he said "Ya' know, I could start b!tching and complaining because I don't get the ball as much as I want to, but instead I'm going to put my trust in the coach/team and so what's best for everybody." Me, me, me!!! I, I, I!!!



Talented? Yes. HoF? Probably. A guy I would never want on MY team? Definately, 100%.

Terrell Owens is the second greatest receiver of all time. I'd take him on my team any day. The Niners have won nothing since he left.

I'm with you. Iverson is a 150% lock for the Hall of Fame. He is the greatest player in NBA history under 6 feet.

Which is a very big reason I can't understand seeing him being called underrated. Name someone who could do the stuff that guy did in Philadelphia basically by HIMSELF..you probably can't..and the dudes right at or around 6 feet tall.

Bills have horrible quaterback play. Cowboys have one of the biggest choke artists I've seen in Romo. His record in December is ridiculous.


EDIT: I don't know if I'd call him the second best of all time, but he is absolutely top 5 IMO.

I'm with you. Iverson is a 150% lock for the Hall of Fame. He is the greatest player in NBA history under 6 feet.

He'll definitely make the Hall of Fame. Is it deserved? I don't think so, and it has nothing to do with Memphis. He was an individual scorer who did almost nothing else, and his scoring didn't open up opportunities for others, which is why they did well when he left. I view AI as a rich man's Zach Randolph in the "hollow numbers" sense.

As for guys his size, I'll take Chris Paul every day of the week before I take AI. And I don't really think how tall someone is matters. It's a qualifier that has no value, IMO.

Terrell Owens is almost 40 years old. He's clearly not the same player he was in his prime.

Your argument

Terrell Owens is almost 40 years old. He's clearly not the same player he was in his prime.

My argument is that he's not a winner. He's a great player, but teams do fine without him. Don't blame the Niner's losses on not having TO, when it was clearly bad management.

Second greatest receive all time? Not at all.
