There's not much to criticize about this team (obviously). Everything seems to be coming together nicely, and it doesn't look like any team can stop them in a 7 game series.
Fisher and Bynum are the only ones who make me question the FO.
If you are questioning fisher you are out of your mind! almost every game winning shot or overtime game we won Fisher either made abig shot or a play to get us there. You want to question someone go question Lamar Odom!
In all fairness, while Fish will always have a place in my heart, it's the first 46 minutes that are his problem. Not the last 2.
You put our other PG for the 44 min we may not be in position to win at the end.
I think that speaks moreso to the quality of our PG position than the quality of Derek Fisher.
I'd rather have Shannon Brown playing big minutes with the starters, where he excels on both ends of the court, than Fisher. When Brown gets minutes with the starters, we are much more effective than when Fisher's on the court.
I think Shannon's problem is that he doesn't know if he should be assertive, or passive when he's out there with the starters. In the last game against the kings, he pretty much saved the day with his play late in the game. He was taking shots and playing in the flow of the game. That's the Shannon I wish we could get on a nightly basis. I'm sure Phil wishes that, too.
