Great article. Wojrnsrwurbwrwski hit the nail on the head. This was the best part, IMO.

For everyone’s sake, the sooner, the better. The Warriors are endemic of a bigger problem in the NBA: bad ownership draining good markets. The Bay Area has been so loyal to that lousy basketball team. When they finally ended a run of 12 seasons without playoff basketball in 2007, Oracle Arena delivered an unparalleled atmosphere.

The bid of Oracle CEO Larry Ellison has been out there, but details of another intriguing offer to buy the Warriors has emerged, several sources told Yahoo! Sports. There is a well-moneyed and politically connected Bay Area group that has approached Cohan about purchasing the team and building a privately funded arena in downtown San Francisco. What’s more, the group has already had third parties call several well-respected NBA front-office executives about running the team.

I wouldn't pay attention to those Toronto Sun rumors.
They're just bringing up OLD rumors from months ago.
The Raptors aren't trading Bosh after adding a ton of pieces this offseason around him in order to convince him to STAY. Bosh was all giddy after the Hedo signing and he thinks that the Raptors can contend just like the Orlando Magic.

wont happen because who will play center? i would much rather have biedrins than bosh at this juncture because we need a true center and not a defacto center like turiaf or mikki moore or even randolph. bosh does not make our team go up but rather it is on the same level. you lose rebound and defense with biedrins gone but pick up scoring with bosh.
now if he was to come after the season i would be all for it.
Bosh would play center.
he cant play center. i believe hes gone to say that he does not want to play center. i personally would not want him there. we would get destroyed there almost every game because of the lack of ability to have someone play it.
Sure he can, and he can do so more effectively than Biedrins does, especially in an up tempo style. Now, if he doesn't want to play center, that's another story.
bosh doesnt want to stand in the paint and get hit. he wants to face up and shoot and face up and defend jumpshots. biedrins however will do anything required of him. i believe that biedrins is too important to this team to let him go.

Trade offer (a basic Peja/Jack swap is being discussed on Hornets realgm forum)
1) Peja and Mo Peterson for Stephen Jackson and Corey Maggette

I don't know why, but basketball has never been a sport I could watch straight through from start to finish.
