Although, I wonder what kind of numbers he would've put up if he didn't get injured early on. He was on tear that first week of the season.

Richards update: MRI results revealed a torn patellar tendon in his left knee. Surgery is tentatively scheduled for next week.

Richards is anticipated to miss 6 to 9 months. The club has placed him on the 60-day DL.
