Dude the last time CAL went to the Rose Bowl was 1959
So they haven't been able to pull it off for the last 50 years!Would be pretty sick to go back. Then play whomever from the big ten. Penn St/Ohio St?
But still that's along ways away and this team has alot of football left to play.

The last time Cal finished in the top 10, iirc, was in 2004. They finished 9th. This of course, came after being ranked #4 coming into the Holiday Bowl and getting HUMILIATED by Texas Tech...

We could have gone to the Rose Bowl in 2004(2005), but that fuccin Mack Brown pleaded with the BCS to put Texass in the RB against Michigan- an early example of the BCS Screwjobs given annually to the PAC-10...

I met one of the players from the 1959 cal team, he was very old. I met him at kaiser and he was decked out in Cal gear.

um, I think cal needs to win some big games first. They are a good program, but have not put themselves upper-tier of college programs.
If they win the pac-10 and rose bowl this year, they can start attract more people.
