Well, either way, if people are making fun of us we have to do something about this. I don't know of any other teams that practice near power lines.

How long of an exposure is needed?

I'm guessing instantaneous cause guys were getting injured who haven't been here a week and the guys who have been here for years should not be able to walk due to the long exposure right lol

Reality, I doubt they looked at just one aspect of emf and not bother researching actual practicing next to a substation

The problem with the theory with the current injuries is that you have Pearsall, who was injured in a game, having a lack of recovery that is unfortunate but not uncommon with that injury, and a bunch of guys who are in their first camp with SF getting mostly minor day-to-day injuries. These aren't unusual injuries, and the guys they are happening to are so new to practicing at this location that the argument that *long term* exposure to the subject station causes injuries becomes invalid.
Get rid of it or move it. IF ANYTHING:It's hard for these guys to concentrate when radiation is looming on the back of their minds. Forget about ,"Z,Y,X banana..."

Rams paid to have those trees knocked down so that there is no barrier between our guys and the sub station ligament taring radiation rays. We are now getting a full pull of this mysterious radiation every time our players inhale. The injuries will come even faster now!

Same, and yeah, if these are in vitro studies, it doesn't mean anything. Could there be a correlation? Sure, but real science takes a long time and many in depth studies to do identify that.

I was listening to Alex Boone talk about this in the morning, and he thinks the injuries are due to a lack of proper year long training. When they ramp it up on day 3 of TC, guys are getting soft tissue injuries b/c their bodies aren't ready enough to endure it. Older players, especially, need to gradually build up their muscles over a longer period of time, but instead we're doing things like cancelling mini-camp. Rest isn't bad, but too much of it isn't great either.

Even the Cardinals are building a beautiful new practice facility and their owner is a known cheapskate.






The football portion of the buildout will feature three grass practice fields as well as a fieldhouse with a full-size turf field. A new expanded locker room will house the players, and there will be "state-of-the-art" spaces for athletic training, strength and conditioning, and the medical staff.

Definitely agree perception is a real consideration whether there's validity to the idea or not.
