Mike Evans' decision to leave Tampa was not about money; the Bucs were aggressive in their pursuit and presented what was said to be a "very strong offer". It came down to a desire for a new challenge as Evans enters the last years of his career. https://t.co/QUE7gp1hoz

Not sure why we signed an injury prone player though. We are always injured.

Like Evans. But not really the fit. And that is assuming he is healthy. We will see i guess.

Have to see the terms but don't love it but don't hate it either.

He's younger than Davante Adams whom everyone was all upset about not signing

$27 million per year is a huge payday for an aging player coming off injury.

I worry about his age and the mileage. But, he surely won't be our number #1. So, are we thinking he is a JJ replacement?

I really wanted to draft him as I thought he would be the next great WR. He turned out to be a great pick and way earlier than we could have moved up to get. I can see him have 2 very good seasons for us before being released. I hope the deal was not too much money.

Do you have a source for that number. I keep looking but can't find it

That would be 9 more games than BA got. Kyle won't run him into the ground.

3 year deal on a 33 year old WR who missed most of the season last year due to injury. I like M.Evans and I hope it's a fair deal but I fear this one locks ups in on another old player for what is already the oldest Offense in the NFL.
