I don't know. How old is that guy, 33? Not sure I see the point of signing a guy that old who is coming off a season where he missed half the games due to injuries.

The 9ers have finally got themselves a quality receiver worthy of being called a true #1

He fell wrong on his clavicle. He's healed and good to go.

You saw Adams ball out. There is something to be said for veteran savvy, teaching our youngsters, and you can't teach 6'5

Got 1 receiver position covered: Evans available 50% of the time and Pearsal available the other 50% of the time.
Maybe JJ not being offered the cash he thought...

Not sure why we signed an injury prone player though. We are always injured.

iNjUrY pRoNe!!

He missed 12 total games in 11 seasons before last year.
Although I would've liked someone younger, I'm OK with this. This will allow us to draft a receiver without using the 27 pick and give them a little time to develop. I think Evans is going to pay huge dividends in the red zone.
let the gushing begin.

Same people b***hing about not signing Davante complain about Evans being old. Cant make these things up.

Oh no they signed a guy who's avg over 1K and 10TDs a yr for 12 yrs. Oh no we have a massive red zone threat and deep ball guy. Sounds awful familiar….but you know SF did it so it's a b***hfest

I'm guessing there's some fans who would have rather sign Linderbaum for $27M a yr or an EDGE with 28 career sacks who's missed a ton of games to a $30M a yr($80M GTD) deal over Mike Evans at $20M a yr, and yeah ppl were mad we didn't sign Adams, now they're mad we signed Evans? WTF? Fans are always gonna b***h about something.

we have a bunch of Karens on this board lol i see why people call us whiners

Agreed, I've been saying for a while I can see why people call us Whiners.

They could clone Jerry Rice at 22 years old and people would still complain.

They would be pissed at his 40 time

And his level of competition is a joke. Like congrats on beating managers of Best Buy on a go route. Not exactly a big target either.

You saw Adams ball out. There is something to be said for veteran savvy, teaching our youngsters, and you can't teach 6'5

Adam's didn't have to be #1 in LA....Evans is now our #1. It's a subtle but huge difference. My hope is it works out.

This team will likely still be featuring George Kittle and Christian McCaffery heavily in the pass game. Mike might be the #1 WR on paper but he isn't going to be required to be the whole offense.

This is the year Ricky pushes his way in and says this is why you picked me. Don't count him out as another injury loss pick.
