I don't know. How old is that guy, 33? Not sure I see the point of signing a guy that old who is coming off a season where he missed half the games due to injuries.

You saw Adams ball out. There is something to be said for veteran savvy, teaching our youngsters, and you can't teach 6'5

Got 1 receiver position covered: Evans available 50% of the time and Pearsal available the other 50% of the time.

Although I would've liked someone younger, I'm OK with this. This will allow us to draft a receiver without using the 27 pick and give them a little time to develop. I think Evans is going to pay huge dividends in the red zone.

I'm guessing there's some fans who would have rather sign Linderbaum for $27M a yr or an EDGE with 28 career sacks who's missed a ton of games to a $30M a yr($80M GTD) deal over Mike Evans at $20M a yr, and yeah ppl were mad we didn't sign Adams, now they're mad we signed Evans? Adam's didn't have to be #1 in LA....Evans is now our #1. It's a subtle but huge difference. My hope is it works out.
