So it seems like Shanahan was waiting to see if Morris would get the Raiders or Cards job. I'm just speculating but it does seem that way.

With the options available and no Jim Schwartz. I think it was the best that we can get. Hopefully we can get the 2021 Morris and none of his other years.

I wanted Schwartz for the long term security and career but Raheem was my 2nd choice.
