He is a very bland play caller. Not very aggressive and that is what people are wanting. He does stunts up front but not much blitzing. He is basically a very vanilla version of Saleh

You can dream big if you want to. We all hoped for Wade Phillips in 2017. Or Bill Belichick after the last Super Bowl loss. Like yeah of course I'll take someone with a proven track record as our DC. The problem is those guys are very rarely actually available and when they are, they're in extremely high demand.

Probably interim until KJ has enough experience under his belt. Not a bad plan if Gus performs.
