FINALLY after all these years....we finally bring him in.

I mean I believe we had a deal in place a few years ago was it? And he bailed?

Doubt he's athletic as he used to be...but even if he's slowed down a bit, he'd still be more athletic than other linebackers.

Isn't this the guy the 49ers tried to sign before he backed out and went to Dallas last year, which forced the 49ers to then sign Campbell?

It must not have worked out too well for him if we're signing him to the practice squad.

according to the article about his signing in the front page:

"In 2024, Kendricks started all 15 games he played for the Cowboys, recording 138 tackles, 3.0 sacks, three passes defensed, two interceptions, and one fumble recovery."

I wouldn't say that it didn't work out too well

now he's 33,... and Idk why he has not been playing this season but seems a good veteran signing and quite an improvement from Stone Blanton, who's been released

That shows us how much we need help, we signed a guy who turned his back on us after making a verbal agreement with us in the past.

I really like it that he is only on the practice squad at this point.
Don't make business personal.

This isnt mafia loyalty rules.

I will say it's a bit of a red flag that he was sitting there unsigned.

not sure if he was rehabbing something or holding out for a good spot.

interesting.

Immediately our best LB. Wanted him since his draft year. He's not the same player but he was still pretty damn good last year.
Stats weren't too shabby last year

I'm guessing Curtis Robinson just ain't it.?
Should have signed him a month ago, but better late than never

Who would have though.

Robinson whiffed on a few tackles vs Carolina. He's a special teamer only. Not even a backup calibre player

Not so

He was scheduled to take Dre's spot until he got hurt. He just needs PT.

Kendrick is a good signing.

I want to see if he's up to game speed. I thought he was bigger but his stats are 6' 232lbs. Hopefully he can still cover. I'm m curious why the Cowboys didn't resign him.
So we did end up getting a good player from waivers. 😊

Now let's get another one!

Good pickup. Let's see when he gets elevated.

Because his heart was with us since last year and they knew it
Hopefully we never see Luke out there again

Isn't always kind of a red flag when players are sitting there unsigned this time of year? If they are it's usually one of 3 things. They want too much money. They're injured. They just can't play well anymore.
