For everyone else, I appreciate the kind words and glad I could provide uplifting and some why's and how's. I do apologize for not being around - I owe a lot to the zone for providing a space for me to grow and learn as a creator. I will say, getting into it has allowed me to rub shoulders with people I never imagined I'd be able to. I've met people on Gruden's staff that I've been able to learn from, other NFL coaches, college coaches and some players. I don't say that as a "hey, look at me" more out of gratitude. People pushing me into different arenas caused interactions I wasn't expecting and I was able to gather incredible resources and people who I can shoot a DM to and learn more about stuff. It's very helpful.
The YT channel also got bigger than I ever imagined. Many here told me to do it for a couple years and I never thought I'd get more than 100 subs. I'm editing the review video for this last week's game currently. I'm about 18 plays down and have about 15 more to go. The Video should be out tomorrow at 4:30 PM PST.
Keep making that wonderful content! A suggestion, if you don't mind. In your videos, can you speak more towards league trends of offenses/defenses and how they have changed throughout the years? Blitz tendencies/tactics, coverage disguise, offensive personnel trends. There's a lot of league stats that attempt to make sense of this stuff. For example, the league is in the midst of a shift toward 2-high shells. How have offenses been adjusting (more emphasis on the run game)? Why has Kyle been searching for TEs and how does that play into how defenses are changing? A macro perspective on schemes/trends as opposed to what's happening on one specific play. Kyle tries to stay ahead of the curve, and he was trying to get a legit second TE for the past 3 years. The league has since caught on and 12 personnel has risen in frequency. How does that combat 2 high safety shells? I think stuff like that would add a new path of discussion for your channel/account. And you can always tie it back to the 49ers.
