You hope that was just 1 mistake 😂
He did redeem himself with a good catch later on. Something Ronnie Bell never did 😂

Mac Jones most likely starting.

Sorry to the hardcore fans of second coming of Jimmy G (BP), but we beat the Shags with Mac Jones BP needs to rest his toe

How well or bad did Bourne do against Lambs when he was with us? I hope he can step up with Robinson.
I'll always find a way to think the Niners will win, despite what my brain really thinks lol.

This will be the game the D gets a few INT's and they lead the way to the W.

17-14 Niners, Winters and Sigle with INT's.

No Purdy, Pearsall, or Jennings will do that. Not to mention how our pass rush looked without Bosa.

This is a really f**ked up season. Honestly, Brock Purdy needs to start and make up for that s**tty game. I know that guy can do better, he ain't gonna get better sitting on the bench. This season sucks and we have hit a frickin wall due to Bosa getting injured. For the love of god, John Lynch please trade for a frickin pass rusher!!!!

If his accuracy issues are related to his toe injury and given his footwork on some of those high through(it likely is) then throwing him out there without Pearsall and maybe Jennings vs that Rams pass rush isn't exactly setting him up for success and potential further injury.

At least Mac Jones has a lot more chemistry with Bourne and gets the ball out quicker. We don't exactly have a lot of YAC monsters out there right now but a quick game may be the best chance we have in this one.

Time to throw in Watkins.

He's injured.
not sure who's playing or not, but 49ers can win this game if they clean up the damn mistakes

How is it the Rams are always so lucky without injuries and during every game. They easily should've lost yesterday. Should've been down by 10 points with not much time left. Again it's hilarious. They are so overrated. Hopefully, we have our all pro players back (Aiyuk, Kittle) and others like Muftafa (of course no Bosa) by the time we play them The second time because this week is a gift for them.

Who am I kidding, by the time we play them the second time around we will have to worry about more injuries. Meanwhile, people were worried about Matt Stafford and his back or even Damonte Adams and his hamstring and of course, not a thing affects them 😂 it's better to be lucky than good I guess

I don't know about overrated. That defensive line looks legit and Stafford to Nacua is pretty frightening. Based on the play so far this season, I think they, the Lions, Eagles, Packers, and maybe Tampa Bay look like the teams to beat in the NFC this year. Stafford is still a statue back there, and still has a penchant for throwing untimely picks, but their running game isn't bad, so without an effective pass rush from our side, it could get ugly really quickly. It would be a really sweet win if we could pull it off though. Go Niners!

But I thought Mac Jones was a lot more injured than Brock Purdy?
The Rams got incredibly lucky against the Colts and next week they may play Baltimore without their best player on the defensive line, their best corner in Humphries and possibly playing without Lamar Jackson. How is it possible they are not only the healthiest team year in and year out, but they play other teams when they are at their most injured??? 🍀

He was last week. Who knows this week. This game was probably going to be a loss even with a fully healthy Purdy. The way the running game is completely absent right now the Rams D will make it tough on the QB. Until Kittle and the rest of the recieiving corps is back and healthy this team is going to struggle. Not just the passing game but the running game as well. Kittle and the receivers play an important part in Kyle's running schemes. Especially the edge runs.

Just going off the "practice" report from yesterday. They had Mac listed as a full participant and Brock as DNP. Tho I don't trust our injury reporting anymore.
Lynch just said both Brock and Pearsall have a chance to play Thursday. Mac will be starter if Brock cannot go. It would be great to sneak out a 3rd division win.

It's not about Brock playing better. Teams don't respect Sky Moore and Kendrick Bourne and CMC is our leading receiver. Until we can get more healthy pass catchers out there, it's not going to look any different. Brock is going to try and manufacture plays with mixed results. The spacing is just wrong.

Mac with one leg or Brock with one foot, pick one.
This could go two ways I think. Another close Niner win since the Ram's defense isn't that great, especially on the passing front. IF the Niners can balance their passing game with getting the run game going that would help to take pressure off the defense. The key to me is the Niners must finish in the red zone, something they are really struggling with. If they do that, convert their red zone opportunities into touchdowns I think they win this. If not, then I think the Rams pull off the win.
