Hahahaha not even close. Do they have an all pro tight end out? A pro bowl qb? A second team all pro wide receiver? I can keep going and going…..their players that are injured aren't good anyway so I don't know what in the world you are referring to. Their rookie corner MAY be good, but that's about it and we lose our advantage because we don't have our receivers to take advantage of their disadvantage at corner…..but I digress, that's common sense

Unlike many of you guys I don't care who the starting QB is because I'm not a homer of any player. I can understand that behavior from a 11-yr old boy but I'm a grown man now

I just wannna see Mac playing great and the team winning the game the same way I wanna see Brock playing great when he starts

Is Mac gunna razzle dazzle again?

Feels like a field goal kinda game to me- two banged up sides scrambling like hell to move the chains under immense pressure.

Kyler has the legs but if we can just buy Mac enough time he can land some deep shots and put us in range to keep our scoreboard moving.

15-10 kinda game- hope it drops our way as this would be a huge start beating two divisional rivals whilst we try to get healthy.

Gonna be a tense watch!

He's not entirely wrong. I mean, I get that McCaffrey is a special player, who apparently never wants to come out, but as the team's coach, Shanahan has to protect players from themselves and do what's best for the team in the long run. Which means he should do everything he can to make sure that McCaffery is available in December and January, not just September and October. Personally, I think he uses him too much. I know their running back room is a little banged up at the moment but, at the same time, if he doesn't have any faith in the other backs to help carry the load then why are they on the team.

If this was 23 I would agree but the offense has looked mediocre with CMC. No Kittle, Yuk, Purdy. Keep feeding him.

Shanahan runs his offense through CMC and McVay runs through a #1 WR (kupp and now Puca). Its common to run your offense through your best player. It use to run through Deebo a few years back for example.

Once we get healthy and we get our weapons back we will spread the ball more but as of now if we want to win it has to go through CMC. Once we get Kittle aiyuk and healthy Juan CMC wont get as many touches

His utility in the passing game is not something very many, if any, RBs in the league can replicate and our receiver situation is pretty dire with the injuries. I don't think they have much of a choice at the moment. CMC did only get 13 carries last week, so it isn't like they're force feeding him the ball.

Brocks mobility is going to be missed but I really hope Mac can build on last week. I just hope he doesn't turn the ball over and can take advantage of their ravaged secondary.

Have they ruled Brock out?

Not officially, unless I'm wrong he could actually start (longshot) or serve as #2, or be inactive. If last option Martinez will be backup, but Brock won't be emerg. 3. It's kind of confusing.

Welp I think we got this but every year there is a Cinderella team and my 2025 Cinderella pick was AZ. That was before these defensive injuries.

I think we roll along but many of you taking AZ too lightly. I hope we don't see a glass slipper today.
