Sign him. 5 mil per year. Hes worth it. A great kicker is 2-3 wins per year. That's a great return for the price

He is worth at least that much. There are currently 15 kickers (soon to be 16 with Aubrey) in the league making $5M or more. Spotrac estimates $5,384M.

"Harrison Butker of the Kansas City Chiefs is currently the highest-paid kicker in the league. He signed a deal in 2024 worth $25.6 million over four years with an annual salary of $6.4 million.

Aubrey's deal will go beyond that, with rumors suggesting he will make north of $7 million per season."

Yes
Frankly, if Eddy gets 5 million a year, I would rather pay Aubrey 10 million and know you have the best kicker in the league. Considering over half of games are decided by one score, to have a kicker that all you need to do is make mid field and more than likely get 3 points is worth the extra money. If you win just two extra games a year because he made a couple long kicks is worth every penny.
No franchise tag. I feel a paraag moment coming on.

Would you also want to give the cowgirls a second round pick?

49ers finally found a kicker that's consistent at MAKING FG's. And now they don't want to pay him?

Unf**kinbelievable!!!
There's gotta be more going on behind the scenes. It's gotta be eddy and his agent balking at signing.

someone else said earlier they are waiting to see what Aubrey gets from the Cowboys. Makes sense.

How was Eddie even available in the first place? I honestly never looked into it.

For a kicker like Aubrey, sure.

It's not like the Cowboys are going to put it to good use anyways (they're not going to do anything as long as Jerry is still running the show).
