NO 14

god i wish that will be the score, but with all the injuries i doubt it

I don't see why it would get closer than that... we still have the BEST " used to be " YOUNG MIND IN FOOTBALL calling the plays..

I wonder if we would be underdogs if Mac Jones has to start.

Line would move to -8.5 if Mac were to start
game just got a lot harder. look for nick, fred, cmc, proven vets to carry us hopefully. if it's a tight game it may come down to the new kicker.
Saints are horrible. Niners should still win this game if they can just score the same amount of points as last week. The Saints offense is among the worst in the league. Just don't turn the ball over in your own territory and the Saints will struggle to score double digit points. It's next week's divisional game vs the Cards I am concerned about. Because you may need to score 27+ to win that game.

This needs to be the Defense + CMC B-Rob show... both playmakers on the field at the same time... taking dump passes or quick passes, end around, screens, etc and making something out of them....moving the sticks and ball control.

And then a few wheel routes here and there.

If Kyle toys with Dirty Mac Jones just dropping back to pass, especially with our current recieving options....we're f**ked, and of course Kyle will once again show he's a stubborn idiot.
So just taking count for skill position players we will have exactly two starters…. Both being running backs… well Kittle did say a goal was to get Trent a touchdown, he might have to play TE for us.
Niners win 16-9

Talk after the game is how well our young defenders and defensive are playing

Cardinals are also trash
They have a few key injuries. We have more. We also have better / more depth.

Saints play with much effort and they're home. If 49ers aren't focused, it will take a 4th qtr comeback to squeak out another close game.

I don't think Niners are underestimating Saints, but instead, they might underestimate (for now) just how good they really are themselves and this could be a real serious azz whooping they dish out (if BP is at least 90 % and plays). If Mac Jones is the starter and doesn't turn the ball over, Niners can still get the W even w/out Kittle, JJ and BP.

The only real concern is the artificial turf, it's not good for the joints, (questionable) leg injuries and it hurts when you slam onto it.

Aints 16

these will be tough, close games without our starting QB, I think we can beat NO, but it won't be a walk in the park. I believe Mac Jones can get it done, but I hope he plays significantly better than he did with Jacksonville.
