So...
Not only was this guy the highest rated defensive player from the first game of the season but he was playing well since last season
Even out playing both Williams and Collins while himself being undrafted
Don't know if there's a threat on him already But just thought I'd bring them up because he seems to be playing very well

This kid is a keeper IMO, I'd love this EDGE group going forward.
Nick Bosa
Mykel Williams
Sam Okuayinonu
Robert Beal Jr. (Needs to improve)
I believe Yetur Gross-Matos leaves as a UFA in 2026, and I'm unsure if they keep Bryce Huff in 2026, has a sizable option bonus, due $17.1M in total compensation, either as whole, or as I said an option bonus which would prorate over 5yrs, but the 4 I mentioned are keepers, including Beal IMO.
IDL wise, I believe in the following
Kalia Davis
Alfred Collins
C.J. West
Others like Jordan Jefferson & Evan Anderson need more time, I doubt Jordan Elliott is back in 2026, not sure about Kevin Givens.
So I have 7 DL as keepers, with Huff,. Jefferson, & Anderson(he is on the PS) as potentials for 2026, 10 total, so we need to draft more DL help in 2026, EDGE & IDL.

Ironically He wears 91 (Arik Armstead's old number)
And playing the exact same position where Armstead was most effective BULL RUSH DEFENSIVE END
(first super bowl season with Kyle)
Only difference is since he's not as tall yet quicker and better change of direction he secures the edges pretty well and should containment be broken by the opposing team QB he gives great sideline to sideline pursuit.

Yeah, his play in pursuit really stands out to me. I also like Anderson for that reason. I've got a soft spot for guys that are smart enough to realize when it's time to give up and have the speed to keep up with the play and help the linebackers.
