How anyone can be mad at this trade is beyond me lol. We blow higher picks on s**ttier unproven RBs every year

Assuming some guys get back and stay healthy I don't think RB is terrible. Robinson is a pretty good player. It's not a terrible deal. I just wouldn't do all these trades. Keep the picks. Late round picks is where we do best. It's our bread and butter for the 49ers. They pick best late and bad early. Sad but true.

He's a proven RB. He's capable of taking over if CMC gets hurt again. Those late round picks are nothng but projections. Most don't ever become more than backups.

Mason got $5.25M per. the Niners weren't matching that for what would essentially be RB3 on this team. BRJr costs less.

Now we have a good RB to take over if Christian gets hurt. Cause if Christian is healthy, Kyle's gonna ride him till he can't.
