Philly. Can't remember the last time they had major injuries that hurt their season. Miraculously, all injuries turn out minor and guys come back much sooner than expected.

They fired Ferguson and staff after missing 99 total man games. This staff has blown that number out of the water the last 4 years. 226 lost man games. The current head of physio has only had one decent year out of 6

Take a look at those lost games. Most of them are from serious injuries that have nothing to do with training. You can't prevent torn ligaments, broken bones and things like turf toe by training. Injuring your shoulder or hand when you hit it on a helmet isn't a training issue. CMC lost and entire year because he overtrained in the off season causing tendenitis. None of these injuries are the result of anything the training staff is doing.

Hamstrings are one of the most common injuries but they're a problem all around the league. Look at the pre game injury lists and you'll see hamstring injuries for nearly every team. It's a leqgue wide issue and something that should be investigated. Maybe they're using some new supplements that are causing tendons or muscles to have less elasticity.
Who are we supposed to get back this week, that could possibly help? Purdy, Pearsall...?

No. Most of them are not from serious injuries aside from Bosa and Warner.

95% of the injuries are muscle strains, pulls or tears. They can be prevented with proper strength training and stretching.

Maybe these dudes need to do yoga every day to improve their flexibility :)

I'm talking about the number of games that are lost. The serious injuries that cause multiple game losses can skew this stat. 95% of the total number of games lost isn't from minor stuff. There are more of them but they usually only cause a few games to be missed. Maybe 2 or 3.

Why don't you call the 49ers and tell them how they can prevent these injuries. I'm sure these professional trainers would appreciate any advice you can give them. While you're at it call the league officials and let them know what your secret is.
