They thought they were going to get more from Floyd as a pass rusher. He had like 9 sacks but it didn't look like it by watching him every game. He was invisable for like 90% of every game.

Mid round would be 3rd day. I don't think a 3rd round pick would be considered mid round. e'll see. It's worth even a 3rd if it's a compensatory pick which is more like an early 4th rounder.

According to who? First round is first day. Second and third round is day 2. Rounds 4-7 is 3rd day. Mid round suggests to me that it would be day 2; the "middle" of days.

we got all the makings of a 10+ page debate on the meaning of the word middle, goood, this could take us closer to week 1

If you have 7 kids the middle kid is the 4th one born.

I hate to join,...but the plural inference would point to 3/4/5. Otherwise, you'd have just called it a 4th rounder to begin with.
