I feel like week 5-8 would be our toughest stretch since that will be against 3 playoff teams from last year.... everything else seems pretty meh. If thats our toughest stretch and we actually don't go full 6-11 again look out!
this may be the easiest nfl schedule in nfl history

Not without Brock Purdy.
I think its pretty funny how the "experts" are predicting 9-8 or worse. 2025 reminds me a lot of 2021. 2020 was riddled with injuries coming off a Super Bowl year. Sound familiar?

2021 defense had a lot of players in the 2,3,4 year. 2025 defense has a lot of rookies, 2nd year players. Advantage 2021.
2021 offense vs 2025 offense. The 2021 O-line was better, but not by a lot. The 2025 offense play makers, clear advantage. 2021 had "good Deebo" - that's the only advantage. 2025 play maker - deeper at every position.

With the easiest schedule, I think 11 wins is very doable - if we stay healthy. We need Aiyuk to come back 100% healthy. We need 1 of the younger WRs to step up.

he ain't going anywhere, except to the playoffs
I don't buy into this whole "easy schedule" trash. It's not just about any team being able to beat any other team, it's the fact that past performance doesn't dictate what will happen in the future.

I'm sure last season, a whole lot of teams saw Washington and Minnesota on their schedules and penciled them in as wins. We have no clue which teams on our schedule will have a breakout rookie QB like Washington or lightning in a bottle like Minnesota.

I'd be happy with the whole league writing the Niners off as a shell of their former selves and for us to get "lucky" 12 to 14 times this upcoming season.

I mean we'd rather face teams that were last in their division vs first.
The bye is too late. We will be banged up by then. Unless you were a playoff team. Especially with the #1 seed. Which we won't have. Because you would get multiple weeks at the end to get healthy. But not facing teams coming off a bye so much will help as has been reported. Also the schedule is weaker. So that will help. I think we got better on defense in the draft. But you will have young rookie mistakes out there too. We didn't improve the offensive line much. So we still have holes.

personally i love the bye. wouldn't change it. if the goal is to play into february, you want time off when it's later in the year.
