I'll give it a B due to the lack of using at least one premium pick on OL.
But I did love that we used our premium picks on defense and areas of desperate need.
Not saying Day 3 was a masterclass in drafting but I do think people are placing too much weight into.

For me its a B and like others have said, you cant judge the draft yet because they havent played but I think if there is the possibility that we could hit on 5 or more of these picks then it would get upgraded to an A.

I personally stop caring about draft grades cuz of so many instances where teams get A+ grades and the class ends up being junk and vice versa.
I have my favorites and like most fans I'm influenced by the so called "consensus" draft boards so when we take players we're constantly seeing drafted rounds later it will impact the view on the draft class.
I feel like we definitely did that again this year, especially in the 3rd. However I really love the mentality and versatility of most of the guys we drafted and while some of them aren't who I would've liked and I 100% wanted us to invest in OL a lot earlier than we did. I also have a hard time disliking this class. We clearly needed to infuse talent on defense and we definitely did that.
And I think similar to how last year I wasn't a huge fan of Pearsall in the first but once we got visibility on the whole draft it was great overall. I think it's like that this year.
Adding the big bodies in Mykel, Collins and West up front will make things much easier for the smaller guys we'll have behind them which was my concern for Martin, Stout and Sigle.
Adding beef that can still make plays up front with speed who can make plays behind them is a good way to get the defense back to helping us seal games vs helping us blow them.
Excited to see the competitions at camp. Just praying we stay healthy this season…

Incomplete
I like the class but let's see how things develop over time before we assign a true grade.

I said A simply because as you say that they haven't played a down in the NFL yet! Oh and also because Grant Cohn is all over the internet calling it a D, and he like his old man wouldn't know his tush from a hole in the ground!

Excellent post genus49 and right on the mark! As experts admit, the draft is a crapshoot that you hope works out? There are some sure things but more are just a roll of the dice!

In spite of no o-line help, I'll give it a solid B for THOROUGHLY addressing the biggest roster weakness.

C+. Whole draft was driven by need to fix defense against the run and special teams. Did not draft best player available anywhere in the draft, period. Drafted guys who fit their system regardless of value. Lots of prospects with potential but no slam dunk stars that I can see. Ignored the needs at OT and C again.

It's a 89/100.
I said Mykel was my ideal fit at DE. I called Collins the best fit at DT. I profiled Nick Martin as an ideal fit at LB. I profiled CJ West as an ideal fit at DT. In fact one of my favorite players in the draft.
In my day 3 thread I profiled Watkins as a 49er target. Defenses are playing cover 2 shell and we were after a seam stretcher. I said we would go power run and not the Blue/Brashard Smith type. More Mason than Elijah Mitchell. Jordan James is a thumper. You pound the rock against cover 2. I profiled Colby as a day 3 target. He started 50 games at multiple positions running outside zone in the big10. For a late round guy, he's ready to go and I think he's a two contract player.
A traits safety and nickel corner were no surprise. Taking a QB in the 7th is no surprise. I liked some other guys better and I thought Nick Martin was early, but I thought we hit hard on the first 5 picks. Biggest need was stopping the run and we got 4 guys in the front 7. That's a successful draft.

I've followed the NFL for more than five years, so I know better than to try to grade a draft the day after, let alone within 1-3 years after.

B+ at worst based on the players picked. I won't dock them for not taking certain positions.

AGREE... could not have said this any better...
(C) Edge Mykel Williams, Georgia - SOFT .. we already have him in Drake Jackson who I believe was held back because of the signing of Young 2 years ago
(A) Alfred Collins, Texas - GOLDEN .. awesome pick here.. he's gonna be just like Leonard Willaims for years to come.
(C) Nick Martin, Oklahoma State - IF you all remember WINFRED TUBBS... then that's all you need to know..
(C) DB Upton Stout, Western Kentucky - my complaint here is that he wont be a starting CB.. we needed a starting QB and we shoulda picked Shevon Revel instead of Nick Martin.. Dallas ended up drafting Revel right after Martin..
(C-) C.J. West, Indiana - he's a miirror image of Kalia Davis.. our picks keep mirroring players we have on the rosters... BACK UPS.
(C-)WR Jordan Watkins, Ole Miss ... Danny Gray... Jacob Cowing... another examples of mirrage image of one another.. how can one ever develope?
(B) RB Jordan James, Oregon - i like this pick a lot.. this RB smells the End Zone.. he and Guerendo will be something of the future...
(A) S Marques Sigle, Kansas State - Bruh ... this guy remind me of EARL THOMAS (L.O.B).. He's one DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH..
(D) QB Kurtis Rourke, Indiana - WASTED... if we wanted to develope a QB, we shoulda traded down in the 4th and drafted Leonard Riley instead of CJ WEST...
(B) Connor Colby, Iowa - soon to be our swing tackle... very smart player.. no complaint w/them Hawkeyes !!
(A) WR Junior Bergen, Montana - we may have finally founda punt returner since Teddy Ginn Jr.

Does anyone really think Nick would not have made it 12 more picks ? We could have made that trade, which I I'm sure Carolina would do because they would have gained 2 extra spots. We could still draft Nick and gained #146. Which by the way was used on Bradyn Swinson, a player a lot of guys here liked.

I gave it an A but, only on the D side of the ball. That OL is going to have to be addressed very soon. Unless they want to be looking for a new QB mid-season.
