As John Madden used to say. There are no rookies in the playoffs. You were on the team for a whole season and in the position meetings for a whole season. You are now a veteran. Even if you get your first start, you have a lot to fall back on.

Dude was a giant liability in coverage at the beginning of the year. His improvement is a sign a great coaching and a kid who's put in the work instead of playing madden.

Maybe madden helped him 🤣
I like Sigle. The moment he came in, our defense solidified a bit. Still think we draft a FS this year relatively high. Sadly, I'm loosing faith in MM and Brown but they'd both be decent backups.

mustapha was handled like a child out there.... sigle was soaring
There was a noticeable change once he entered the game
Man we keep giving this kid his props and rightfully so, but did you forget that Brown is a "top 5 safety"
Sigle's benching was one of the few roster moves that never really made sense to me. He definitely had rookie mistakes but I thought he also showed flashes of upside, similar to Upton and look how that's turned out. Bummer that it had to be because Brown got hurt but MS looks like the real deal.

That's the constant problem with Kyle. We never really know if we are getting the best players on the field.

We have seen it multiple times where a veteran gets hurt and his younger replacement is as good and maybe even an upgrade...

NOT that our secondary is ALL WORLD... everyone's still earning their stripes... and in my opinion Mustaf will make a great hit and there, but will also be the main target of every QBs and will be on the posters of every TEs in the playoff.

20 starting to shine
36 looks steady
0 is just consistent and savvy
2 isn't as good as he thinks he is
6 should sit
27 athletic but should not be a starter

Damn if that aint the truth about Demo. I honestly enjoy his personality but he thinks he's prime Prime, Sherm or Revis when he's just a slightly above average CB. I think playing next to Ward covered up a lot of his shortcomings. Still rooting for him but I wonder if they don't look at CB as a draft need next year.
I might come off as a Sigle stan, but Id like to remind that Sigle did play in that week 1 win against seahawks and made some nice stops in open space there too. Against a run-first team like Seattle I think hes a good fit. Now, someone like Arroyo could give him trouble as a receiver down the seam, but tbh its all about stopping the run versus Seattle.

Also, the one quality I love about him is that he doesnt give a single inch. If you look at all the missed tackles by our other safeties, if this guy is in the area and in position he will not only make the tackle, but the runner wont move forward much after contact. This is something only Greenlaw used to be able to do. A lot of our other tackles come behind the sticks and then the guy is able to break free, and Sigle is a breath of fresh air.

Shout out to Brady for recognizing that open field tackle on Devonta too. He was like, good play ? It's a GREAT play.
