On this offense, you dont usually get to play much as a rookie unless you fill-in for an injury, are drafted in the first round, or are clearly head and shoulders above vets who know the system.

I actually really like this guy's potential. We are in a tough situation regarding rookie WRs - unless we have to because of injuries.

We have so many key injuries right now that we need to play guys who have built chemistry with Mac, run block, and are veterans in this league with experience making stuff out there happen.

I'm not writing this kid off, yet, i'm just saying I understand why he was a healthy scratch. We don't know if he can help on special teams, run game, or is any good at run blocking.

Yup. Probably won't see the field again this season.

He made 1 catch today, tied with A.J Jenkins, and only 3 more to catch up to Cowing.

not that I remember. I think he got some in preseason.

That pass was really high. But would like to see him catch it. I would not call it easy though.
